NORTH BRUNSWICK — Parsons Elementary School dedicated its newest wing to former teacher Mary Banichar Feb. 11. An auditorium filled with people came to celebrate "a very special teacher important to the history at Parsons," according to Dr. Bruce Rothenberg, the principal of the school. More...
