Lectures, massages at S.B. Senior Center

South Brunswick Senior Center, Ridge Road, will present the lecture "Medication Safety," 12:30-1:15 p.m. Oct. 30.

The free lecture will be given by Padma Desai, M.A., a preventionist at the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence. She will discuss how to become "medication smart" and learn what information to obtain in order to use medicines safely and appropriately.

"Massage to Relieve Stress" will be presented 12:30 p.m. Nov. 2, and feature a complimentary chair massage/chair yoga class. ANSA Consultants Inc., Dayton section of South Brunswick, will give the program. Appointments are required.
