Edith B. Young

Mrs. Young, 85, of the Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick, died Nov. 4, 2008, at Buckingham Place, Monmouth Junction. She was a bank teller for more than 22 years at North Brunswick Savings and Loan, later known as First Union Bank, retiring in 1988. Following retirement, she was assistant branch manager at First Union, Kendall Park section of South Brunswick. She was predeceased by her husband, the late Barton A. Young. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert T. and Carla M. Young of Robbinsville, and the Rev. Dr. Gregory B. and Cindy R. Young of North Brunswick; a brother, George Bond of Canada; a sister, Sheila Murray of England; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service was held at United Methodist Church at New Brunswick. Arrangements were by Mather-Hodge Funeral Home, Princeton.
