Stranger proves there are still kind people
Iwould like to take this opportunity to thank the kind gentleman and his family who showed my son and me that there are still nice people in this world, especially in North Brunswick. We were shopping in Barnes & Noble in search of an Italian-English dictionary. There were none to be found on the shelves, so we proceeded to the cash register to order the book.

The gentleman who had just finished checking out heard that we were looking for this dictionary and happened to have just purchased one. Without giving it a second thought he asked us if we were looking for an Italian-English dictionary. We responded "yes," and without batting an eye he reached into his bag, took out the one he had just purchased and handed it to me saying, "Take it." I was stunned and asked him how much the book cost so that I could pay him, but he refused payment, only asking the cashier for a bag to put the book into. I stood there speechless as he and his family walked away. I'm not even sure if I got to say "thank you" as they disappeared so quickly.

I would like this family to know how much they have made a difference in my family's lives. Your kindness and generosity will never be forgotten. Please know that we will "pay it forward."

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
