Man falls to his death at warehouse

SOUTH BRUNSWICK — A 43- year-old New Brunswick man fell 25 feet to his death on Aug. 6 at ALCO Industries warehouse, according to a police press release.

At about 7:15 a.m., officers were dispatched to the warehouse on Melrich Road. They found Carlos Gamboa lying dead on the ground of the warehouse. All efforts to revive Gamboa were unsuccessful, the release said.

Investigations so far seem to indicate that the man, who worked for International Product Solutions, was trying to dismantle a storage rack he was working on when he slipped and fell.
