Eileen Stotz Dietzel

Mrs. Dietzel, 78, of Surf City, died June 7, 2008, at home. Born in Newark, she grew up in the Lakewood area and resided in North Brunswick for several years. She was a receptionist at her husband's office, Herbert A. Dietzel, M.D., North Brunswick, for 15 years, retiring in 1996. Prior to that, she was employed at New Jersey Bell for 13 years. Mrs. Dietzel is survived by her husband of 51 years, Dr. Herbert A. Dietzel; two daughters and one sonin law, Christine Dietzel Laud and Robert Laud of Morristown, and Cynthia Dietzel of Piscataway; a son and daughter-in-law, Geoffrey and Rosa Dietzel of North Brunswick; and five grandchildren. A memorial service was held at Emanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, New Brunswick. Arrangements were by Selover Funeral Home, North Brunswick.
