Foreclosure, suncatcher program at local library

North Brunswick Library, 880 Hermann Road, will host a seminar on foreclosures for homeowners and homebuyers 6:30 p.m. June 23. The program will be presented by Rick Stein of Prudential Fox and Roach Realtors. Joining him for a question and answer period will be Sital Shah, Esq., and Roland Minard of Trident Mortgage. Attendees will learn about short sales, foreclosures, loan modifications and workouts.

An origami suncatcher program with April Zay will be 7:30 p.m. June 30. All materials will be supplied. The program is open to adults age 16 and older, and registration is mandatory.
