Fatal accident on Docks Corner Road Monday

SOUTH BRUNSWICK - A 60-yearold South River man was killed early Monday morning after a head-on collision with another vehicle on Route 535 at Docks Corner Road, according to a police press release.

The victim, Henry Clyburn, was driving a 1996 Saturn northbound when his vehicle crossed over the double yellow line and hit a 1999 Honda going southbound, driven by Conrad Telo, 59, of South Brunswick.

The accident was reported at 1:24 a.m.

Monmouth Junction first aid brought Clyburn to University Medical Center at Princeton, where he was pronounced dead. Telo was taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital for chest pains.

The accident remains under investigation by the South Brunswick Police Department Traffic Safety Bureau.
