The United States Bowling Congress will hold a Bronze level coaching certification conference May 2-4 at Brunswick Zone Carolier, 790 Route 1 in North Brunswick.

Thosewho attend this 2 1/2-day seminar, which begins May 2 with registration and brief classroom activities, will receive training to prepare them to coach intermediatelevel bowlers. The course will develop coaching skills in the four essential areas of bowling, including the physical game, lane play, equipment and the mental game. Videotaping, video analysis and instruction on giving lessons will be covered.

"Bowlers of all ages and abilities need quality instruction to improve," said Co- Director of USBC Coaching David Garber. "Being a coach is a rewarding experience. Let USBC Coaching train you to help others reach their bowling potential."

The Greater Middlesex Conference Football Coaches Association will hold its 18th Annual Spring Football Demonstration Clinic on Thursday May 1 from 4-9 p.m. at East Brunswick High School. Clinicians include Scott Sallach of Princeton, John Loose of Lafayette, Bryan Volk of Fordham, Andy Bobik of Monmouth, RichAlercio of College of New Jersey, Keith Hellestern of Wesleyan, Malik Hall of Hofstra and Bill Parisi of Parisi Speed School.
