Body of N.B. employee found behind Dumpster

NEW BRUNSWICK - The body of an employee of Panera Bread in North Brunswick was found onMonday behind a Dumpster in New Brunswick.

According to a press release from the Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office, at approximately 9:44 a.m. the New Brunswick Police Department was notified of a body on the ground outside of 100 Memorial Parkway.

When they responded, they found the body of Christopher Higgins, 51, of Memorial Parkway, lying behind a Dumpster.

Higgins was pronounced dead at the scene.

An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause and manner of death, the press release said.

Higgins was reported missing by his sister on March 28.
