NBTHS's 'Rocking Chair Marathon' Feb. 22, 23

North Brunswick Township High School (NBTHS), Raider Road and Route 130, will host the 23rd annual "24-Hour Rocking Chair Marathon Feb. 22 from 5 p.m. until Feb. 23 at 5 p.m.

The rocking chair marathon raises money for charities by having students get pledges and then rock the day and night away.

Proceeds this year benefit Miracle Flights for Kids, which raises money to provide free air transportation to hospitals to children with life-threatening illnesses, and the North Brunswick Food Bank. Visitors are welcome from Feb. 22 from 5-8 p.m., and Feb. 23 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Donation checks can be made out to NBTHS- Rock-a-Thon and mailed to the high school, attention Joel Chesler.
