Student grateful for King's influence
What would Martin Luther King Jr. think about North Brunswick or Linwood School if he visited today? Would he be pleased with our progress toward equality?

I think Martin Luther King, Jr. would be pleased because in North Brunswick we treat each other with respect. We don't call each other name as like back before. North Brunswick has a lot of different kinds of cultures like Mexico, India, Puerto Rico, Dominican, Jamaica, African American, Cuba, etc. In Linwood School we have people that respect each other and care for each other. If we still didn't have rights the whole world would be destroyed, but luckily Martin Luther King came along, and other important people. I am pleased with my community. I thank MLK and Rosa Parks for their beliefs; I respect that a lot.
