Flu, pneumonia vaccine clinic slated for Nov. 15

Middlesex County Public Health Department will hold an influenza and pneumococcal immunization clinic Nov. 15 from 10 a.m. to noon at North Brunswick Senior Center, 15 Linwood Place.

Vaccines will be offered to Middlesex County residents age 18 and older. Medicare will be billed for immunizations, and residents without Medicare coverage will not be charged for the immunizations. Proof of residency is required.

Pneumococcal immunizations will also be available by appointment only to Middlesex County residents age 65 and older who have not previously received the vaccine. Medicare will be billed where applicable. For an appointment, call (732) 745-3100 Monday through Friday between 2 and 4 p.m.
