Register by Aug. 15 for 'Eco-Adventures'

Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Middlesex County will offer "Eco-Adventures at the EARTH Center" for Middlesex County students entering grades five through seven Aug. 28-30 from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the EARTH Center, Davidson's Mill Pond Park, South Brunswick. Registration deadline is Aug. 15. The program focuses on environmental stewardship and will have a different theme each day such as resource conservation, ecological issues, and "Don't Trash Our Planet." It will include outdoor activities, games experiments and group work. Cost is $70 and includes program materials, a peanut-free snack, beverages, and a certificate of completion.
