'Farm to Table' event slated for July 16

Elijah's Promise Culinary School will host its first "Farm to Table" fundraiser July 16 at 6:30 p.m. at the Middlesex County EARTH Center, Davidsons Mill Pond Park, South Brunswick. Registration is required by July 12.

The event is designed to bring attention to the value of purchasing locally grown produce. Attendees will also learn preparation methods used by chefs. Food from the EARTH Center's garden and prepared by Elijah's Promise chefs will be available for tasting.
