Information session on caregiving July 12

South Asian Mental Health Awareness in Jersey (SAMHAJ) will present the information session, "Taking Care of Yourself as a Caregiver," July 12 from 7-8 p.m. at 1562 Route 130, North Brunswick.

Aparna Balasundaram, LCSW, from Carrier Clinic, Belle Meade, will give the presentation, followed by the regular support group meeting. SAMHAJ is an awareness and education program initiated by National Alliance on Mental Illness of New Jersey, with the mission of providing support and information for South Asian individuals and families coping with serious mental illness.
