Titans impressive in winning Classic title
      The Dayton Titans 10U baseball team won five games this past weekend against teams from New Jersey and New York to win the Triple Crown Sports July 4 Classic in Parsippany. This was the Titans' second time around in the Triple Crown Classic, and they came away with their second title.

Raiders capture district crown, prepare for states
      The North Brunswick Raiders 11-year-old travel baseball team won the District 9 Cal Ripken championship with a 6-5 win over South Plainfield Sunday in East Brunswick. With the win, North Brunswick advanced to the state tournament, which will begin July 21 in South Plainfield.
