4-H's 'Get Moving - Get Healthy' July 22

Middlesex County 4-H will host a "Get Moving - Get Healthy" 4-H Family Fun Day July 22 at 2 p.m. at the 4-H Center, Cranbury Road, East Brunswick. The event is part of the 2007 Healthy Living Grant.

According to a report by the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services, the number of overweight and obese children in New Jersey is higher than the national average. The event will feature hands-on-activities to teach family members about healthy eating habits, exercise, snacks and more. At the end of the event, each family will set goals to achieve.
