Paul Edelson, Oakhurst section of Ocean Township, has been appointed to a two-year term on the board of directors at N.J. Gateway Federal Credit Union, Dayton section of South Brunswick. Also reappointed to three-year terms were Shirley L. Spruill, Somerset, and J. Melvin Warren, Burlington. Edelson was a former member of the advisory board, and served as a director in 2006. He retired from IBM after 25 years in sales. He served 20 years on the Ocean Township Planning and Zoning boards and 12 years on the Ocean Township Board of Education. N.J. Gateway Federal Credit Union serves employees of IBM, Dayton.

Middlesex County Regional Chamber of Commerce, Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick, is now accepting reservations for tables for its 15th annual "Largest Networking Party" Sept. 18 at the Hyatt Regency, New Brunswick. There is space for approximately 140 tables priced at $1,000 for nonmembers, $500 for members, and $250 for nonprofits. Sponsorships are also available ranging from $1,000-$4,000.
