Hispanic Education Scholarships available

The National Resource Center for Hispanic Mental Health, Mercerville, has announced applications are available for its Hispanic Higher Education Scholarship fund. Application deadline is June 30.

Since it was established in 2002, the fund has supported 17 undergraduate college students of Hispanic background who are bilingual and interested in pursuing a master's degree in social work from a New Jersey university. Scholarship recipients will be announced in July. The quantity of scholarships and amounts awarded will depend on contributions the National Resource Center raises for the cause.

To receive an application, contribute to the fund, or for more information, call Acosta at (609) 838-5488, ext. 205, or hacosta@nrchmh.org.
