Obituaries Louis F. Ronay Mr. Ronay, 67, of the Kendall Park section of South Brunswick, died March 27, 2007, at home. He served with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era. A funeral service was held at Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arnytown. Arrangements were by The Gundrum Service Home for Funerals, South Amboy.
Darren Wickberg Mr. Wickberg, 27, of the Belford section of Middletown, died April 18, 2007. Born in New Brunswick, he resided in South Amboy, and Metuchen, prior to relocating to Belford one year ago. He was employed at Operating Engineers Local 25, Millstone. He was predeceased by his father, Darren in 1994. He is survived by his mother and a sister, Patricia Denver Wickberg and Kaitlyn Wickberg, both of the Dayton section of South Brunswick; his grandparents, Richard and Joanne Wickberg of Old Bridge, Theresa Wickberg of Woodbridge, and William Denver of Winter Park, Fla.; and several aunts and uncles. Arrangements were by The Gundrum Service Home for Funerals, South Amboy.
Roy Carter Jr. Mr. Carter, 79, of South River, died April 9, 2007, at Medical Center at Princeton. He was predeceased by a brother, John Carter. He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Judith Carter of Valencia, Calif., and Roy B. and Susan Carter of Anamosa, Iowa; a daughter and her husband, Cynthia Carter-Betancourt and Claude of the Dayton section of South Brunswick; and six grandchildren. Arrangements were by Brunswick Memorial Funeral Home, East Brunswick.
Olga Dikovicky Drwal Mrs. Drwal, 76, of Sayreville, died April 19, 2007, at Raritan Bay medical Center, Old Bridge. Born in South Amboy, she resided in Sayreville the past 55 years. She was a member of Saints Peter and Paul Russian Orthodox Church, South River. She was predeceased by her husband, Stanley F. Drwal in 1996; a sister, Helen Rodzjewski; and three brothers, George, Peter and John Dikovicky. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Stanley J. and Helga Drwal of Sayreville, and Kenneth and Kay Drwal of Omaha, Neb.; two daughters and one son-in-law, Janice and Frank Olszewski of Unionville, Pa., and Arlene Simpson of North Brunswick; a sister, Mary Martinowich of Piscataway; a brother, Anthony Dikovicky of Toms River; and 10 grandchildren. A funeral service was held at Saints Peter and Paul church, followed by burial at the church cemetery. Arrangements were by Maliszewski Funeral Home, South River.
Margaret DeBartolo Hennessey Mrs. Hennessey, 81, of Milltown, died April 25, 2007, at Saint Peter's University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in Highland Park, she resided in North Brunswick prior to relocating to Milltown eight years ago. She was a supervisor at Carter Wallace, Cranbury, for 23 years, retiring in 1988. She was a Cub Scout Den mother in North Brunswick, and also drove handicapped children for the North Brunswick Board of Education. She enjoyed playing piano, knitting and gardening. She was predeceased by two daughters, Patricia Ann Hennessey and Nancy Patricia Hertler; and a son, James Patrick Hennessey. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Marjorie and Rand Guise of Milltown; two sisters-in-law, Helen Rannells of Bridgewater, and Josephine Hoehler of New York; a brother, Joseph DeBartolo; and three grandchildren. Interment was at Van Liew Cemetery, North Brunswick. Arrangements were by The Crabiel Home for Funerals, Milltown. Margaret A. McCabe Hanko Mrs. Hanko, 58, of Laurence Harbor died April 27, 2007, at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge. Born in South Amboy, she resided in North Brunswick prior to relocating to Laurence Harbor two years ago. She was a medical transcriptionist at Medquest, Florham Park. She was a former member of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, South Amboy. She was predeceased by her husband, David B. Hanko in 1993; and her parents, John r. and Helen "Ellie" O'Connor McCabe. she is survived by two daughters, Karen Zach of Lodi, and Mary Kate Hanko of Ramsey; a brother, Michael McCabe; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Eileen McCabe Robertson, and Nancy and Joseph Conroy, all of South Amboy; and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Mary's Church. Interment was at Christ Church Cemetery, South Amboy. Arrangements were by The Gundrum Service Home for Funerals, South Amboy.
