With the rapid rate at which veterans are dying and the increasing number of veterans due to the war in Iraq and Afghanistan, the North Brunswick Township Council passed an ordinance last year allowing newly constructed streets to be named after military personnel.  Thus far, William Mount and the Parillo, Maltese and Adamo families have been honored.  In the future, the council hopes more veterans register in order to honor their sacrifices as well as alert them of upcoming veterans events.
