Business Briefs Middlesex County Regional Chamber of Commerce will hold its "3rd Thursdays Leadership Luncheon" Nov. 16 at 11:30 a.m. at Pines Manor, Route 27 north, Edison. Cost is $55 for nonmembers, and $40 for members. The "Employer Legislative Committee Breakfast" will be Nov. 21 at 8 a.m. at Sheraton Edison Hotel Raritan Center, 125 Raritan Center Parkway, Edison. Cost is $20 and includes breakfast. The monthly evening networking event will be Nov. 21 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Washington Mutual Bank, 390 George St., New Brunswick. Cost is $25 for nonmembers, $20 for member walk-ins, and $15 for members. The Human Resources Council seminar "Off the Job Safety Programs that Work" will be Nov. 29 from 8:30-10 a.m. at the Chamber at 1 Distribution Way, Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick. Priscilla Snow Algava, Princeton, a teacher at South Brunswick High School, Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick, was among 54 educators who attended the 2006 Teacher Institute at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C., this summer. During two six-day seminars, teachers explored aspects of the Gallery's permanent collection and ways to integrate art objects into teaching, including image-enhanced podcasting.
