Potluck Tasting Day party at center July 18 South Brunswick Health Department in conjunction with South Brunswick Senior Center, will hold a Potluck Tasting Day party July 18 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to kick off a four-week vegetarian nutrition and exercise program for members The program will use ideas from a vegetarian dietary lifestyle in order to recommend daily food intake portions. Participants will also receive free pedometers to measure and improve daily activity level. The tasting day party will end with a miniwalkathon, as the seniors learn to use the new pedometers and take a walk around the municipal complex park.
