18th-century wardrobe presentation March 19

The Rockingham Association will host a presentation of Historic Rockingham's 18th-century dress and uniform wardrobe at the site March 19 with seatings at 1 and 2:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be served from 2-2:30 p.m. Fashion of the 18th century will also be discussed with emphasis on the later decades during and after the Revolutionary War. The collection includes a range of clothing from everyday work clothes to formal garments. Volunteers will display the beautiful collection in the dining parlor of the mansion. Suggested donation is $7, and seating is limited. Rockingham is at Laurel Avenue, Franklin Township, outside the Kingston section of South Brunswick. Reservations are required; call (609) 683-7132.

Hadassah sponsoring brunch and fashion show

East Windsor Hadassah will sponsor a brunch and fashion show at 11:30 a.m. March 19 at Charlie Brown's, Route 27, Kingston section of South Brunswick. Fashions will be provided by Bon Worth, Forrestal Village. The donation is $30. For reservations or more information, call Judy at (609) 426-1687.

Gift auction at N. B'wick High School March 18

The class of 2008 of North Brunswick Township High School will host a gift auction 6-10 p.m. March 18 at the school, Raider Road (snow date March 24).

The fundraiser will feature a 50/50 raffle and auction items such as electronics, theater tickets, artwork and gift baskets. Refreshments will be available for purchase, but attendees may also bring food. Tickets are $8, which includes 26 chances to win.
