Samuel S. Bronzellino

Mr. Bronzellino, 70, of North Brunswick, died Oct. 31 at Franklin Care Center, Franklin Park. Born in New Brunswick, he was a lifelong area resident. He was an operating room assistant at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick, the past 14 years. Prior to that, he was a security guard at Middlesex County Bank, North Brunswick. He served with the National Guard during the 1950s. He was a member of the American Legion Post No. 1000, Trenton, and Loyal Order of the Moose, Brunswick Lodge No. 263, South Brunswick. He is survived by his wife, Angela Costantino Bronzellino; a daughter, LeeAnn Adams of North Brunswick; a brother, Carmen Bronzellino of South Brunswick; and a granddaughter. A funeral service will be Nov. 3 at 10 a.m. at Selover Funeral Home, North Brunswick. Burial will follow at Van Liew Cemetery, North Brunswick.

James Myzhevych

Mr. Myzhevych, 64, of South River, died Oct. 29 in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Prior to his retirement in 2004, he was employed as a shipping and receiving foreman at Permacel Tape Co., North Brunswick, where he worked for 40 years. Surviving are his wife, Vera Spasenyj Myzhevych; two sons, James Myzhevych Jr., of New Windsor, N.Y., and Mark Myzhevych of the Whiting section of Manchester; a daughter, Karen Wyer of Old Bridge; a brother, Nickoli Myzhevych of Belarus; a sister, Nadia Cegerenko of Englewood, Fla.; six grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. A service was held at St. Euphrosynia Belarusian Greek Orthodox Church, South River. Interment was in the church cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Euphrosynia Belarusian Greek Orthodox Church, 284 Whitehead Ave., South River, NJ 08882.

Hildegard M. Schulz

Mrs. Schulz, 74, of Great Meadows, died Oct. 31 at Hackettstown Hospital. Born in Duisburg, Germany, she resided in the Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick 42 years, prior to moving to Great Meadows in 1995. She was a homemaker. She was a former member of St. Cecilia’s Roman Catholic Church, Monmouth Junction. She was a former member of the German American Club, Robbinsville. She was predeceased by her husband, Thadeus M. Schulz Sr. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Thadeus J. and Christine Schulz Jr. of Fayettville, N.Y.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Dr. Marilyn Schulz Winkler and Wayne Winkler of Dandridge, Tenn., and Tina and Michael Novak of Great Meadows, with whom she resided; a sister, Irmgard Joerger of Duisburg, Germany; and nine grandchildren. Visitation will be Nov. 3 at 9:30 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 10:30 a.m. at M.J. Murphy Funeral Home, Monmouth Junction. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. at St. Cecilia’s Church. Entombment will be at Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick.

Susan D. Long

Mrs. Long, 90, of the Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick, died Oct. 26 at The Park Place Center, Monmouth Junction. Born in Tenafly, she resided in Paramus prior to moving to Monmouth Junction. She was a homemaker. She was predeceased by her husband, William Long in 1992. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Myrna Sandy Long of East Brunswick; a brother, Paul Davidson of Florida; two grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grandnephews. Burial was at George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery, Paramus. Arrangements were by Rezem Funeral Home, East Brunswick.

Valentine Benanti Marrone

Mrs. Marrone, 89, of North Brunswick, died Oct. 18 at McCarrick Care Center, Somerset. Born in Heilwood, Pa., she resided in Somerset before moving to North Brunswick 55 years ago. Mrs. Marrone was a seamstress at American Girl Coat Co., New Brunswick, for 20 years, retiring in 1981. She was a communicant of St. Mary of Mount Virgin Roman Catholic Church, New Brunswick, where she was a member of the St. Ann Society and the Golden Age Club. She also was a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union; a member and former president and treasurer of Joyce Kilmer Post 25 American Legion Auxiliary, Milltown; and a member of the North Brunswick Senior Citizens. Mrs. Marrone was predeceased by her husband, Frank Marrone, in 1983. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Frank and Rose Marrone and Richard and Fran Marrone, and a daughter and son-in-law, Ann Marie and Mike McVay, all of North Brunswick; a sister, Mary Taormina of Somerset; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Mary’s Church, followed by interment at St. Peter’s Cemetery, New Brunswick. Arrangements were by Selover Funeral Home, North Brunswick.
