Woman robbed outside bank
NORTH BRUNSWICK — An employee of A.J. Wright on Milltown Road was the victim of a strong-arm robbery on Dec. 21 as she went to make a bank deposit at 9:42 a.m. According to North Brunswick Police Lt. Roger Reinson, a 6-foot, approximately 200-pound black male with a black jacket, blue jeans and a goatee approached the employee as she walked toward the exterior deposit box of the Bank of America on Milltown Road. He grabbed the bag and fled toward the wooded area behind the bank, by the Coskey Building, and entered a gray Ford Taurus. Believed to have an accomplice because he entered on the passenger side, the suspect fled toward Georges Road in an unknown direction. There is no further information at this time, according to Reinson. — Jennifer Amato
