The office has three different departments including agriculture and natural resource management, 4-H youth development, and the family and consumer sciences department. The site provides an overview of Middlesex County’s Extension programming, the history of agriculture in Middlesex County, and a calendar of extension events and classes throughout central Jersey. New to the site are streaming educational videos on topics such as basic vegetable gardening and the Asian long-horned beetle.

The program will detail the four “key” elements of physical activity fitness, remedial actions, and options for improvement.

For information on the North Brunswick program, call Jessica at (732) 247-0922; for the Milltown program, call Deborah at (732) 296-0681.

Radio station WMGQ Magic 98.3, New Brunswick, switched to an all-holiday format as of Nov. 22 at 12:01 a.m. and will continue through Christmas day. According to Tim Tefft, program director and “Afternoon Drive” host, the decision to make the switch earlier was done to accommodate listener demand for more holiday music. The play list will include traditional holiday music and holiday hits by Magic 98.3 artists. The station is owned by Greater Media, which owns 18 radio stations in Boston, Detroit, Philadelphia and New Jersey.

Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors, North Brunswick, has announced the addition of sales associate Joseph Bistany to its staff. He will serve the Middlesex County area of Prudential. Bistany attended Rutgers University, New Brunswick, and is a member of the Middlesex County Board of Realtors. He resides in Milltown and has one son.
