The New Jersey Football Officials Association, Central Jersey Chapter, is now accepting applications for admittance to its 2001 cadet training program. Applicants must be 18 or older and be available to work Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays. Monroe Recreation will be holding track and field instruction and track meets on Mondays from Jan. 22 through April 7 at 7 p.m. at the Applegarth School. The fee is $10 for residents and $20 for nonresidents. Make checks payable to Monroe Recreation.
