‘Meet the Media’ at area bookstore Sept. 20

Barnes & Noble Booksellers, 869 Route 1 south, North Brunswick, will present "Meet the Media" Sept. 20 at 1 p.m.

The free event will kick off "Banned Book Week" Sept. 20-27 and the speakers will explore the themes of freedom of in­forma­tion and censorship. Included on the panel will be Charles W. Kim, managing editor of The Sentinel; Bernard Spigner, host of the Afternoon Show on 1450 AM WCTC radio; and Lynnette Khalfani, syndicated personal finance columnist of Financially Fit.
