Workshop on permanent weight loss Aug. 11

North Brunswick Public Library, 880 Hermann Road, will present the workshop "Five Secrets to Permanent Weight Loss" Aug. 11 at 7 p.m. Dr. Tyler M. Richards, D.C., Milltown, will give the free workshop. Registration is required.

The library will welcome Kit’s Kaboodle–Interactive Theatre to present "Cinderella’s Storyland" Aug. 13 at 1:30 p.m. The free program for children age 4 and older and families combines history, music, dance and improvisation as well as audience participation.
