Community Bulletin Board The Middlesex County Chapter of the Brandeis University National Women’s Committee will offer a workout session with Lisa Waldman, a certified Pilates trainer, at 1 p.m. on April 11 at the East Brunswick Library, Jean Walling Civic Center. Pilates is a form of exercise that uses breathing and movement to strengthen and stretch the body. Participants should wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat or towel. Admission is free. Members and nonmembers are welcome. The Brandeis University National Women’s Committee raises funds for the libraries at Brandeis University, Waltham, Mass. Sisterhood to sponsor trip to Lower East Side The Sisterhood of Congregation Anshe Emeth, 88 Main St., South River, will sponsor an April 27 trip to the Lower East Side of Manhattan. A charter bus will depart at 9 a.m. from the synagogue.Return is set for 5 p.m. Guided tours of the Eldridge Street Synagogue (1887 Eastern European) and the Kehila Kedosha Janina (1927 Greek Romaniote) have been arranged. Fashion show, dinner will benefit St. Peter’s The St. Peter’s University Hospital Auxiliary, New Brunswick, will host "Fashion Runway 2003 — Hooray for Hollywood" beginning at 6 p.m. on April 2 at the Doubletree Hotel, Davidson Street, Somerset section of Franklin. Bishop Ahr H.S. plans golf outing April 8 Bishop George Ahr High School, Edison, will hold a golf outing April 8 at Fox Hollow Country Club, Somerville.
